Impostor Syndrome
I’ve discovered I might suffer from a light form of Impostor Syndrome, that’s how I sometimes feel.
“[T]hey remain convinced internally that they do not deserve the success they have achieved and are really frauds.”
I sometimes have the feeling I will be found out, strange isn’t it. I have had a lot of luck in getting jobs, and often I was just in the right place at the right time. One the other hand I have all the right documents get through the interviews without a hitch and usually perform better than my colleagues.
Strange thing this mind of mine.
