Somebody invited me to Trovix today. My first impression is a business networking job seekers site, so I looked it up on Mashable and found Trovix’s Personalized Job Search
Using human-like search technology, Trovix wants to offer the best job opportunities to each user. You won’t go to Trovix and find a slew of job listings from thousands of companies. But what Trovix will do is analyze your resume, considering your past experience and goals in order to find the jobs best suited for them.
It’s similar to the Job Search based on referrals and connections that LinkedIn provides, but apparently without the cost.
