One of the issues I have with this list is Canola Oil, and you might know it as being low in saturated fat (less than 7%), high in monounsaturated fat, and having a beneficial omega-3 fatty acid profile. Besides this you many know it – if you follow the literature – as Lorenzo’s Oil, which I know is used in the treatment of asymptomatic patients with adrenoleukodystrophy (ALD).
