Fast of Tammuz

I turned on some of the holidays in Google Calendar and saw that it was a fasting day in the Jewish tradition; the Fast of Tammuz. This is traditionally the day the Moses broke the stone tables which contained the Ten Commandments on Mount Sinai.

Fasting from dawn to dusk is required.
